All prettyFIT products are handcrafted with the finest materials and high-calibre craftsmanship.
Our highly experienced production team takes great effort in the quality finishes for our products and the best fit for our customers.
It is therefore important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your selections, kindly contact our customer care honexoffice@gmail.com.
We only accept size exchange and no refund.
Conditions required for Exchanges
- The product(s) must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed and in their original condition & packaging.
- Footwear should have no scuff marks on their outsoles.
- Original receipts/invoices must be included.
- Only items purchased from our Official stores are eligible for an exchange.
- All exchanges have to be raised within 3 days of the invoice date.
- For in-store purchases, exchanges have to be done at the store of purchase.
All sale item(s), gift cards purchased are strictly non-refundable.
All product(s) purchased from prettyFIT can only be exchanged once.
prettyFIT reserves all rights and full discretion to disqualify any exchange if the item(s) for exchange did not meet the above conditions.
How do I exchange size of an item?
Via Courier:
- Ensure that your item(s) meets our Exchanges Refunds conditions.
- Contact back via your purchase channel eg. If you buy from facebook, pls contat via chatbox.
- If we have the size you want to change, we will send you an address and other relevant information, for you to send the item(s) to.
- Pack your returned item(s) securely in original box, and need extra secure bags to avoid damage and disqualifying for the exchange.
- Deliver your package, and make sure to get a receipt & code number to track your parcel.
- We will drop you a confirmation email once your exchange has been processed and your replacement item is on its way.
*For exchanges, you will bear the return shipping cost of the original purchased item, AND the newly exchanged item’s shipping cost.
It is important that your parcel is sent to us via a traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.
Size exchange in-store are applicable in the store of purchased.
Please remember to bring along your invoice with the item(s) you wish to process your exchange.
